Treatment of non-segmental vitiligo in patients with facial involvement in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.

Target Patient Group

Lumirix® is available as a topical cream for topical use containing 1.5% ruxolitinib. Ruxolitinib works by inhibiting Janus kinase enzymes (JAK1 and JAK2), which play a key role in the inflammatory process.

Lumirix®, also known as Opzelura® in other approved countries, is used to treat nonsegmental vitiligo in patients 12 years and older.
