Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution & Sales Management and Monitoring
    • Monitor Sales performance, ROI
    • Implement sales and marketing strategy defined with brand team (sales, marketing and medical)
    • Manage Rxilient internal salesforce and support management of external CSO (contracted sales organization)
    • Direct hospital enlisting, pricing and tender bidding.
  • Organization
    • Propose and lead optimal sales organization
    • Manage and monitor team performance
    • In cooperation with all relevant departments prepare cycle meetings /product days
  • Commercial & Sales Force Effectiveness
    • Develop tactics to extend Rxilient presence in Pharmacy industry
    • Work with the head of marketing to propose and implement SFE Roadmaps & KPI
    • Develop and review segmentation/targeting strategy
    • Lead Sale Force with processes and CRM systems
    • Build and maintain of Key client relationship – account management of the clients and prospects
  • Sales Force Team Management & Development
    • Direct daily activities of sales representatives (targeting, recording, reporting, expenses, territory management)
    • Manage & coach the Sales Force team
    • Identify training needs and conduct and coordinate training for sales representatives
    • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
    • Proven experience (at least 10 years) as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
    • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
