Primary duties and responsibilities
- Strategy Execution & Sales Management and Monitoring
- Monitor Sales performance, ROI
- Implement sales and marketing strategy defined with brand team (sales, marketing and medical)
- Manage Rxilient internal salesforce and support management of external CSO (contracted sales organization)
- Direct hospital enlisting, pricing and tender bidding.
- Organization
- Propose and lead optimal sales organization
- Manage and monitor team performance
- In cooperation with all relevant departments prepare cycle meetings /product days
- Commercial & Sales Force Effectiveness
- Develop tactics to extend Rxilient presence in Pharmacy industry
- Work with the head of marketing to propose and implement SFE Roadmaps & KPI
- Develop and review segmentation/targeting strategy
- Lead Sale Force with processes and CRM systems
- Build and maintain of Key client relationship – account management of the clients and prospects
- Sales Force Team Management & Development
- Direct daily activities of sales representatives (targeting, recording, reporting, expenses, territory management)
- Manage & coach the Sales Force team
- Identify training needs and conduct and coordinate training for sales representatives
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (at least 10 years) as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
