The Regional Product Manager will assist the Regional Franchise Director in managing the dermatology products and play a critical role in driving their commercial success across the region. This role focuses on managing the entire product lifecycle to ensure accessibility for patients and healthcare providers. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and communicate market insights, as well as develop and implement market access strategies.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and expansion of Rxilient Medical products across the regional market.
  • Conduct business development assessments, including identifying product opportunities and forecasting, to drive product growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement new product pipeline strategies, including pre-launch and launch strategies, and post-launch initiatives for sustained growth.
  • Collaborate with Principals, Medical Manager, and Commercial team to develop a comprehensive product training plan.
  • Formulate brand strategies for the product range, including market penetration strategies and competitive intelligence analysis, and provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze research data and customer feedback to identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Define and execute strategic marketing plans, including implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns, and regularly assess and measure their efficacy and success.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to map out the products’ strategic goals, priorities, and plans.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the various product lines and collaborate with the clinical, sales, and training teams as needed.
  • Arrange and deliver training sessions to the local and regional distributors’ field sales teams, ensuring they possess the necessary scientific and communication skills to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing product lifecycles, particularly within the dermatology sector in the region.
  • Strong understanding of market access strategies, pricing, and market intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
