Rxilient is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Specialist to join our team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical industry, particularly in Opthalmology, and the ability to communicate complex medical information effectively.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Report directly to local Business Manager and is responsible for identifying upcoming market opportunities and technological advancements in the medical industry.
- Promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Organize and execute sales presentations to medical groups and healthcare facilities.
- Develop product listing plan and work with key stakeholders (pharmacist head, director board..) to enlist company product to hospital.
- Understand and convey complex medical information to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure they have the latest information on products.
- Regularly attend company meetings, product launches, and presentations.
- Stay informed about the activities of healthcare professionals and institutions in their area.
- Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.
- Develop product strategies to increase the company’s market share in their territory.
- Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and create reports for submission to the company’s management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data and research, and discuss these findings with healthcare professionals during presentations.
- Work with team members to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Job Specification
- Preferably at least 3-year experience as a medical sales representative or similar role and experience in Ophthalmology field
- Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and sales skills
- Good in key account planning and presentation skills
- Achievement-driven with a customer service orientation and a track record of outstanding customer feedback
- Ability to drive business results through building effective partnerships with relevant stakeholders
- Experience in handling hospital pharmacy listing, tender process
