We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison based in Taipei (Taiwan). The candidate will support the medical affairs strategy for immunology/dermatology portfolio to successfully deliver the integrated brand plan objectives, in accordance with business priorities.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Drive scientific engagements and pre-launch activities for the immunology/dermatology portfolio through the development and execution of advisory boards, medical educational programs, and symposiums.
  • Provide key thought leaders, external experts, and internal teams with scientific and technical support for publications of scientific or medical interest.
  • Deliver presentations to physicians, individually or in groups (meetings, clinical sessions, etc.), where requested, but with a focus on Tier 1 and 2 thought leaders.Gather medical and scientific field intelligence and communicate, where appropriate, within the company.
  • Support internal teams such as sales and marketing to develop their scientific and technical expertise through the delivery of scientific update presentations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for thought leaders and external experts locally to address HCP needs for scientific knowledge in a therapeutic area and, when requested, support the safe, effective, and appropriate use of relevant Rxilient medicines.
  • Review promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Responsible for Medical Information supporting responses to unsolicited requests for medical, scientific, pipeline, organization, and product information.
  • Responsible for Early access program and patient engagement activities.
  •  Ensure that all activities and interactions are conducted with due regard to all applicable local, global, and national laws, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, company policies, and accepted standards of best practice.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacist/PhD/MD
  • MSL/Medical affairs experience 2-5 years of which 1-2 years of experience in immunology/dermatology therapeutic area
  • Hands-on, proactive, and “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to travel (Nation-wide coverage)
