Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for creating and executing strategic sales plans, evaluating market trends, and uncovering new opportunities to drive business growth within key accounts.
  • In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and  the attainment of long-term account goals. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent business acumen, and a passion for achieving results.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and achievement of long-term account goals in line with the company’s vision and values.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain market share from competitors, maximizing all sales closure processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, ensuring timely and detailed reporting.
  • Gather and provide detailed business information to support pricing strategies and proposals.
  • Develop and deliver effective proposal presentations that highlight the prospect’s business challenges and demonstrate the value of our products/services.
  • Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans, collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales expertise with a minimum of 10 years in key account management or comparable sales leadership positions within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Experience in Dermatology or Immunology is highly desirable.
  • A more senior title can be offered to candidates with extensive sales leadership experience
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
