We are looking for a Digital Channel Marketer to support the launch and growth of company products. This role will drive online awareness, engagement, and conversion across key digital and e-commerce platforms in the Philippines, contributing directly to product’s online sales performance and overall brand presence.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Directly Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to promote products across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
  • Drive online sales targets by planning content calendars, managing campaign performance, and improving customer acquisition funnels in the Philippines.
  • Oversee marketing activities on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including promotions, product listings, campaign participation, and analytics.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create digital content that is engaging, compliant, and aligned with product’s brand strategy.
  • Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends to identify new digital opportunities for product’s growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support additional digital initiatives, online events, or promotional activities related to company products.
  • Knowledge of on-line pharmacy or on-line medical consultation
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with pharmaceutical marketing standards and internal compliance guidelines

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Experience in a digital/creative agency is highly preferred.
    • Background in trade marketing is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience managing social media marketing on Facebook, IG, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Hands-on experience running e-commerce campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop.
    • Creative, data-driven, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership toward achieving online sales targets.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
